Brad on 10/26/2012 , said: 55 I have an 04 Scion xB and the brakes I had before were very loud and would squeal for no reason. I had plenty of meat on my other brake pads. So I ordered the front brake kit and I had my mechanic install them for me for around $50.00 It was easy for him because I just gave him all the parts. They haven't made any undesirable noise and stop great. They haven't rusted either like those other crappy ones I would have overpaid for. I was hesitant to purchase these at first, but I would highly recommend them. I'm thinking about buying some as Christmas gifts for friends and family. Does that make me a redneck? Shoot. The braking is as good, if not better than factory BMW parts. The only thing that I can say negative about the brake kit is the random low speed brake squeal. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I goofed during setting the pad and rotors. The noise is minimal and no big deal.
